Returns and Exchange

1. What is Skiniss’s Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

Skiniss’s returns and exchange policy provides you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Skiniss for any reason within the specified return/ exchange period. We ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and pick up the original item from you.

Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Skiniss.

2. To return a product to Skiniss, please follow these steps:

You can return products purchased from Skiniss within the specified return/exchange period, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for a limited number of days.

a) Create a 'Return Request' via our customer support email mentioned on our website. Our support team will reach out to you in 24-38 hours and will ask your order details. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Do have your item ready for pick up.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the shipment at our warehouse. 

3. How do I place an exchange request on Skiniss?

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Skiniss, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. You can create an exchange for products purchased from Skiniss within the specified return/exchange period via our customer support email mentioned on our website. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.

2. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.

3. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchanged item.

4. Why have I not received my Refund despite the Instant Refunds policy?

For refunds taken into a Bank Account (via IMPS), your refund will reflect in your account within 1 to 3 business days once it has been initiated at the doorstep. For refunds to the source account (that is Credit Card, Debit Card, and Netbanking), your refund may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank partner.

5. Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This is because the item that you have returned has been used or certain tags on the product are missing. In the event you fail to accept the re-shipped item, you will not be eligible to receive the refund amount.
