1. How do I know when I receive fraudulent emails or calls, especially seeking personal and confidential information?

If you receive an email or call from a person alleging they are from Skiniss seeking confidential information, we would advise you not to provide the information. If you receive such calls/ emails, please get in touch with us immediately.

2. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled on the same day as you place your delivery. You have to send your order number with cancel text to our support mail: 
customercare@skiniss.com

3. Can I create a Return Request?

Yes, you can create a Return Request – if you don’t find this option available, please get in touch with us via email and one of our executives will get in touch with you within 48 hours in business working hours.

4. How long does it take to receive the refund?

After creating a return request, you will receive an email or notification stating the timeline of the refund.

Please note that the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer’s account in the following timelines:

1. NEFT – a maximum of three business days.
2. Online refund – a maximum of 10 days, this depends on your bank account partner as well.
3. UPI/ PhonePe/ Other eWallets – instant reimbursement
